Josiah was born in Burlington, VT, but was raised in Williamsburg, VA after his family moved in 2003. He grew up playing sports all the time and later spent 8 formative years in the Colonial Williamsburg Fife and Drum Corps. Gratefully, Josiah heard the gospel from his parents, and the Lord brought him from darkness to light when he was 15. Not long after, God began working in his heart a desire to study and teach the Scriptures, and this was confirmed during his time as Pastoral Assistant to Peter Hess. Josiah completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Government, pre-law, from Regent University in 2021, participated in a pastoral internship at Capitol Hill Baptist Church that same year, and is currently working toward his MDiv from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His work at Christ Fellowship focuses on general administration and college ministry. During his free time, Josiah enjoys reading, robust theological and cultural conversations, working out, night hiking, playing football, and embracing new challenges.
