CHILDREN’S & YOUTH MINISTRY
“We will not hide them (God’s acts) from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done.”

OVERVIEW
Children are a blessing, an inheritance, and a stewardship from the Lord. At Christ Fellowship, our vision is children who love and worship God as their greatest treasure in all of life because they have been transformed by the power of the Gospel. Children of all ages are always invited to be in the worship service with their parents. For parents who desire their children to participate in our children’s ministry, we provide care and instruction from God’s word for children ages 0-9 during the worship service.
Nursery (ages 0-2)
During the worship service, infants and crawlers are welcome to be in our sanctuary’s childcare area where they will be loved, cared for, and prayed for by our childcare workers. Infants and crawlers are signed in by our check-in volunteers between 10:00 and 10:15 AM at the kiosk outside of our nursery.
Truth Seekers Jr (ages 3-5)
Currently, in our Truth Seeker’s class we are taking the children through a study of the Bible using LifeWay’s “The Gospel Project for Kids.” These God-centered lessons take children on a chronological survey of the Old and New Testaments, looking at significant events that testify to the greatness of our unchanging God.
Children aged 3-5 are signed in between 10:00 and 10:15 AM by parents in the gym building.
Truth Seekers (ages 6-9)
While our Truth Seeker’s class for older students is also currently using LifeWay’s “The Gospel Project for Kids,” the lessons are taught at a higher level to appropriately engage the children’s minds and hearts.
Children aged 6-8 are signed in by parents in the gym building between 10:00 and 10:15 AM, then dismissed after the pastoral prayer to meet their teachers for class.
Impact Youth
During the schoolyear, youth from 6th to 12th grades meet every 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sunday from 5:30 to 8:00 PM in our gym building for games, food, friendship, biblical teaching, and discussion. During the summer, we have special Impact Youth Game Nights in our gym on the 2nd and 4th Sundays from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Youth parents are welcome and encouraged to participate in these gatherings.
